Azure Gear layers a track-builder over the base racer. Save and share six custom layouts per profile. The share link works without an account. The builder is the part of the package that lifts an otherwise standard racer above the usual category, and the no-account share flow is the right call for the audience.
The base racer is fine. Eight default tracks, three race modes, and a weighty handling model. The builder is where the design earns interest. You place road segments on a grid, the validator checks for completability, and the saved track joins your loadout pool.
I played around with the builder for a long Saturday afternoon and ran a few user-built tracks on a Copenhagen Copenhagen metro commute. The shared-track count climbs fast; the community runs ahead of the developer on track variety.
The weak spot is the validator. The validator only checks completability, not race quality, so a high percentage of user tracks are unplayable in practice. A community rating system would solve this. Two-and-a-half stars overall; the builder is interesting and the curation is missing.
